The Bomb and the Door

He looked angry at the door. It had been almost a day since
the door last opened. He was locked inside. Grounded. It was so unfair, though
he couldn't figure out exactly why it was unfair. It just was. Mainly because it
was he who was locked up.
He had tried everything to open the door, from just ramming it
to sticking the Katana he stole in the lock and trying to jam it open. Nothing
worked. The other door was locked too, to the Balcony. He thought about climbing
through the window onto the Balcony, and he even tried it once, but he didn't
dare to go further. He remember last time he fell from the balcony all too well.
His newest idea was to try and blow the door open. He found a
near empty keg of explosions in Aeeyia's barrel, and filled two bottles with it.
He accidentally dropped one of them, which exploded near the barrel. The wall
was slightly burnt. He moved the barrel a little to the left after that, just in
case they saw it. He was afraid of the explosion, though.
It took all of his courage to execute his plan. He carefully
put the bottle with purple liquid onto the floor, as close to the door as
possible. He looked around to see if there was nothing he could trip over when
he ran towards the other side of the room. He tried to convince himself it would
be alright. He stood a fair distance away from the bottle, leaned over and could
just reach the bottle with his left hand. He clumsily uncorked the bottle and
rushed towards the other corner where he ducked and waited. He covered his ears
and closed his eyes for the explosion. He counted..
3..
2..
1..
*BOOM*
He felt a little warmth of the explosion in his neck, and he
turned around. The door stood firmly in place. There was a big, black, burnt
spot on the door.
He had no idea how he was going to explain this to Aeeyia and
Okami.
